About the Position:- Provide clinical leadership and support to our healthcare teams.
- Evaluate and ensure high-quality care is provided to residents at all times, in line with industry standards.
- Guide and develop the skills of the healthcare and support teams to achieve quality resident outcomes.
- Operate safely and adhere to policies and procedures, including IPC, to guarantee compliance with quality standards.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A genuine passion for providing high-quality care to the elderly population.
- Ongoing registration as an AHPRA-registered Registered Nurse.
- Comprehensive understanding of Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards.
- Demonstrated knowledge of AN-ACC assessment processes.
- In-depth clinical expertise and understanding of age-related health issues.
- Demonstrated awareness and application of workplace health and safety practices.
- Previous experience working within a Residential Aged Care setting in a comparable capacity.
- Effective coaching and training abilities.
- Strong customer-centric approach to service delivery.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.
- Will to undergo a Police Check and NDIS clearance.
