Senior Healthcare Professional

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Senior Healthcare Professional to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary care team to ensure that each resident receives personalized, integrated, and effective care.

  • Deliver and oversee the provision of high-quality care to residents
  • Practice within a diverse and multi-disciplinary care team
  • Provide clinical guidance, ensuring individualized, integrated, effective and safe clinical care delivered to our residents
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 12 months post-graduate experience as a practicing clinician in either a hospital or Aged Care setting
  • Full AHPRA accreditation with unconditional provisions
  • Demonstrated compassion, empathy, and advocacy
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate sound decision-making skills
  • Strong attention to detail, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards
