Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Carer to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality care to residents, promote their independence, and create a welcoming atmosphere.

The ideal candidate will have a Certificate 3 in Aged Care or equivalent, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess a strong passion for delivering quality care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized care to residents, meeting their physical, emotional, and social needs.
  • Support residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist residents with meal times, including serving and cleaning up after meals.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of care plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Certificate 3 in Aged Care or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong passion for delivering quality care.
