We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our team at Royal Rehab LifeWorks in Cairns. As a key member of our Physiotherapy Service, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, person-centered Physiotherapy services to our clients with complex allied health needs.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement therapy plans that meet the needs of our clients.
- Provide individualized Physiotherapy services that promote social and economic participation in the community.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and carers to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of Physiotherapy services and programs that meet the needs of our clients.
- Participate in clinical supervision and professional development to maintain and enhance your skills and knowledge.
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Physiotherapist who is committed to delivering high-quality services and making a positive impact in the lives of our clients. You will have a strong background in Physiotherapy, with experience working with people with complex and challenging support needs. You will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
