Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and collaborate with a therapeutic support framework to help clients with complex allied health needs achieve their goals and improve community participation.
- Client-Centered Care: Provide individualized, person-centered, strength-based physio services to clients, developing and implementing therapy plans that meet their unique needs.
- Clinical Supervision: Develop, implement, and review therapy plans with clients, families, carers, and service providers, ensuring high-quality care and outcomes.
- Reporting and Documentation: Complete therapeutic reports, functional assessments, and information gathering to support client care and service development.
- Client Acquisition and Retention: Support new client acquisition and meet billable hours targets, ensuring the growth and sustainability of our services.
- Clinical Development: Develop clinical skills and engage in personal development, staying up-to-date with best practices and research in physiotherapy.
- Partnerships and Collaboration: Build partnerships to enhance physio services at Royal Rehab LifeWorks, working with internal and external stakeholders to drive service growth and excellence.
- Mentorship and Supervision: Mentor and support less experienced team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their success and growth.
We seek a passionate and experienced Senior Physiotherapist who is committed to delivering high-quality care and services to our clients. You will be a registered physiotherapist with AHPRA, holding tertiary level qualifications in physiotherapy and experience working with people with disabilities who may have complex and challenging support needs.
You will have demonstrated knowledge and experience in the development and implementation of physiotherapy assessment and intervention strategies in a disability context, as well as the ability to develop plans, practices, and procedures. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including problem-solving and negotiation skills, are essential for this role.
