**Your New Role**

As the Manager, Risk Governance reports to the Senior Manager, Risk Governance, is a key member of the Group Risk team and interfaces with colleagues within Group Risk and across the Fund. This role supports the Senior Manager, Risk Governance in the management of the risk management framework, tools and risk governance activities.

**Key duties include but are not limited to**:
- Manage and maintain the Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERmf), other policies and supporting artefacts to ensure to ensure there are established standards of risk management practices.- Design and development of new risk management supporting artefacts as required.- Regular attendance on any GRC related forums e.g. Major User Group (MUG) where changes to modules are considered.- Working closely with GRC Operations, business analysts to scope and agree changes to GRC modules that may arise due to changes in policy and/or standards.- Leading the review of the core risk management e-learns that relate to the Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERmf).- Contribute to the development and delivery of other training and communication material to raise understanding and awareness of the Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERmf), underlying risk management practices and the GRC.

**What you'll need**- Extensive experience in related roles is essential.- Excellent understanding of governance, risk and compliance management practices.- Experience in the design and development of risk and compliance management policies and procedures- Experience in the completion of risk management activities including risk identification, risk assessments and/or control assurance activities- Strong communication (written and verbal) skills and ability to engage and influence with a range of stakeholders at all levels- Knowledge of the superannuation industry and relevant obligations.- An understanding of both industry practice and regulatory expectations relating to risk management practices.- Flexibility and simplicity of thinking that leads to the development of succinct policies and standards on risk management.- Ability to simplify complex risk management concepts and the ability to communicate these effectively to a range of stakeholders.- Strong stakeholder engagement skills that reflect a professional, collegiate and engaging approach.
