Project Manager Opportunity

The Defence sector is expanding its capability and hiring multiple Project Managers to support infrastructure projects through all lifecycle stages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring compliance with Commonwealth Procurement Rules.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships through proactive engagement.
  • Oversee project documentation and reporting in line with Defence standards.
  • Deliver projects on time and within budget, focusing on risk management and continuous improvement.
  • Capture and share lessons learned to improve future project delivery.
About You:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Engineering, or Construction Management.
  • Current Baseline Security Clearance or ability to maintain one.
  • Proven experience managing construction projects in the Defence or Government sector.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies like PMBOK, PRINCE2, or Agile.
  • Strong understanding of government procurement practices and compliance standards.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
