Strategic Project Coordinator

The primary objective of this Project Coordinator position is to provide strategic support to the project management team in delivering a Defence Construction project in Darwin, Northern Territory.
The successful candidate will work closely with the project director and project manager to ensure timely and effective delivery of the project.
- Coordinate information and activities across various disciplines.
- Assist in maintaining project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Monitor progress, update schedules, and report delays or variances.
- Collaborate with site teams to ensure activities are on track.
- Prepare regular project status reports for stakeholders.
Key requirements for this role include:
- Proven experience in project coordination across major civil infrastructure projects.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and document management systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Candidates should possess an Engineering / Q.S / Construction Management, Accounting, or Business degree or equivalent, and have a minimum of 2 years' relevant work experience in a similar role on projects of scale.
This opportunity offers a competitive hourly rate and is open to ABN engagements. The ideal candidate will be based in Darwin.
