We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior ESG Consultant to join our team in Perth. This role involves leading and delivering high-impact ESG projects, providing strategic advice, and helping clients achieve their sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement ESG strategies and initiatives that drive business growth and sustainability.
  2. Lead and manage ESG consulting projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
  3. Provide strategic advice on ESG matters, including sustainability reporting, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
  4. Conduct research and analysis on ESG trends, regulations, and best practices.
  5. Prepare and present reports, proposals, and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  6. Mentor and support junior consultants, contributing to a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
  7. Contribute to business development efforts, including identifying new opportunities and preparing proposals.
Qualifications and Experience
  1. Tertiary qualifications in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, or a related discipline.
  2. Extensive experience in ESG consulting, with a proven track record in project management and client engagement.
  3. Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks, regulations, and reporting standards.
  4. Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
  6. Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing ESG strategies and initiatives.
