The responsibilities include:

  • Team Leadership: Manage a team to ensure high-quality service delivery">
  • Compliance: Drive compliance with Work, Health and Safety legislation for the Service business">
  • Service Strategy: Develop and implement Service business strategy for the Australian business">
  • Service Coordination: Monitor and assist with Service coordination activities">
  • Service Contracts: Overall responsibility for developing and securing service contracts">
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of service projects">

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service operations and customer experience.
