We are seeking a Senior Financial Accountant to join our team at Aequalis Consulting (Finance & Accounting). This pivotal role is designed for a proactive Chartered Accountant who excels in financial reporting, consolidations, and enjoys working in a complex and dynamic environment.

Role Overview:

The Senior Financial Accountant will be responsible for managing comprehensive financial reporting processes and consolidation activities within the company. The role requires a combination of strong technical accounting skills and strategic financial management capabilities to support the organization's financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the preparation and consolidation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Streamline financial reporting processes to improve efficiency and data integrity across multiple business units.
  • Work collaboratively with finance teams to ensure consistency in financial reporting and to uphold best practices across the organization.
  • Analyse financial data to provide insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.
  • Oversee the adoption and utilization of financial systems to enhance reporting capabilities.
  • Liaise with external auditors to ensure all financial reporting meets the required regulatory and statutory compliance.
Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a salary range of $140,000 to $160,000+ per year, commensurate with experience. In addition, we provide benefits that cater to your professional and personal wellbeing.
