Job Title: Parts Pricing & Systems Specialist

About the job:

The key objective of this role is to develop and manage pricing strategies for genuine parts. This involves ensuring market alignment and margin optimization while maintaining system accuracy.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing, reviewing, and implementing pricing structures for genuine parts and accessories.
  • Maintaining and updating pricing systems to ensure accuracy across various platforms.
  • Coordinating timely pricing inputs for new product launches, campaigns, and service programs.
  • Benchmarking pricing against competitors and conducting analysis to identify margin opportunities and risks.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to align pricing with business objectives and support gross profit targets.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in automotive pricing, product management, or commercial analysis, with strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Working knowledge of ERP and DMS systems, as well as understanding of parts supply chain, logistics, and retail pricing models.
  • Holds a valid driver's licence in their state or country of residence.
  • Commercial mindset, excellent communication and collaboration skills, with desirable experience in OEMs, importers, or large dealership groups.
