About the Position

The Operational Risk Manager plays a crucial role in identifying and mitigating business risks across the organization. Reporting to the Director of Risk Management, you will be part of a team responsible for ensuring the effective management of enterprise-wide risks.

Key Responsibilities

  • IDentify, assess, and prioritize operational risks associated with financial, environmental, health & safety, fraud & corruption, and reputational risks.
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize the impact of identified risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure risk-aware decision-making and embed a culture of risk management.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
