Risk Business Support Officer

Deliver meaningful support and enable risk-informed decision making by contributing to initiatives that protect and enhance the University's operations and reputation.

This role supports all team functions from an administrative and operational perspective, ensuring seamless processes and efficient operations.

  • Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, policies, and documentation to facilitate risk and insurance functions.
  • Assist with insurance administration, including claims management, data collection, and annual renewals coordination.
  • Maintain accurate risk registers, internal systems, and training records to guarantee data integrity and process compliance.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Experience supporting a risk-based function, including insurance, business continuity, or compliance, is highly valued.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a confident communicator, capable of liaising professionally with internal teams, executives, and external partners. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
