Job Title: Operational Resilience Risk Manager

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in business, law, finance, IT, mathematics, risk, or compliance.
  • 5+ years' experience in operational risk and/or operational resilience roles within a financial services environment.
  • Strong understanding of insurance operations.
  • Demonstrated experience in risk and control frameworks.
  • Experience with prudential regulatory frameworks.
  • Proven experience in dealing with senior management.
