Lead Orthopaedic Territory Manager RoleAn exceptional opportunity to join a leading Medical Device company as a State Manager, overseeing a team of Territory Managers and Clinical Specialists in NSW.This challenging role will see you mentoring and supporting your team to achieve their individual financial and personal goals, while also covering case support when needed.Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading a team of 6 Territory Managers and Clinical Specialists
  • Mentoring and supporting team members to achieve their financial and personal goals
  • Covering case support when needed
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years experience in medical device sales (preferably in Ortho or Spine or neuro)
  • Proven leadership skills with experience in managing sales teams
  • A science degree is desirable but not essential
  • Residing in NSW or willingness to relocate
  • Ability to travel regularly and cover cases in evenings (occasionally)
