Orthopaedic Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Orthopaedic Specialist.

About this role
  • The ideal candidate will be a results-driven sales expert with a proven track record of surgeon conversions and a growth mindset.
  • Maintain current knowledge of the healthcare landscape, surgery, and surgical device trends in both public and private hospitals.
  • Manage and expand the existing portfolio of orthopaedic products.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and hospital personnel within the assigned state.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Create and implement strategic sales plans with sound implementation tactics.
  • Develop and support educational programs.
  • Exceed customer expectations while growing business.
Your duties and responsibilities

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Sales and marketing of orthopaedic products.
  • Providing clinical solutions and demonstrating value-driven outcomes for all stakeholders.
  • Managing existing customer relationships and establishing new ones.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
About you

We are seeking a self-motivated candidate with relevant experience in orthopaedic procedures and medical devices. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Relevant experience in joint, hip, shoulder orthopaedic procedures.
  • Relevant medical device experience.
  • Existing knowledge base of anatomy and physiology focused on the musculoskeletal system.
  • Proven sales success in orthopaedics.
  • Curiosity and a passion for learning.

Please note that travel may be required within Australia.
