**About the role**:
We're looking for a Business Change Lead who wants to make an impact to how our clients work and operate. As a skilled practitioner who is experienced working in complex multi-layered change programs you will partner with our clients to design and implement activities that support the adoption of change by their teams and increase engagement.

**About you**:

- Previous experience in a similar role working with a large complex enterprise or government environment
- The ability to navigate complex organisational changes involving multiple stakeholders, including executive sponsors, senior leaders and impacted team members
- Experienced in delivering tailored, fit-for-purpose change management plans, communication strategies and engagement activities for enterprise-wide change initiatives
- The ability to consult and engage with leaders to identify and mitigate potential people risks for change
- Strong influencing skills and ability to persuade leaders to recognise the need for change
- Certifications in PROSCI or other change management methodologies is highly regarded
- Develop and implement a business change management strategy and plan
- Scope and size business change management activities and associated resourcing requirement
- Develop reporting and training programs across new systems and tools
