**Job Opportunity:**

We are seeking a skilled Change Management Professional to drive successful organisational change within our Transformation Delivery team.

This is a hands-on role where you will collaborate closely with frontline teams, business leaders and project teams to implement effective change management strategies.

You will lead the planning, implementation and evaluation of change management initiatives across operational change and project portfolio.

  • Enable successful transitions for individuals, teams and the organisation from current to future states.
  • Minimise resistance and increase adoption through effective change management practices.
  • Build organisational change capability and maturity through mentoring and capability uplift initiatives.

We require someone with deep experience managing change on large, complex initiatives, ideally gained in regulated sectors like insurance, banking or financial services.

You will have excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across all levels, with the ability to work through a high degree of ambiguity and change.
