We are looking for multiple organisational change practitioners to support our multinational mining client through a period of extensive digital change.

**What you will be doing**:

- Developing and delivering organisational change management plans, including:

- Producing communications for end-users and senior leaders within the relevant business units.
- Conducting change risk assessments, and mitigating risks where necessary.
- Analysing and addressing training requirements of the program.
- Collaborating with business leaders and team members across multiple projects in order to:

- Support the delivery of change activities and communications
- Ensure the consistency of change approaches
- Promote knowledge-sharing and key learnings among separate project teams
- Conducting stakeholder mapping to build and sustain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Driving change adoption across projects and the broader organisation.

**What you will need to succeed**:

- 7+ years experience in organisational change management, on projects with substantial business impacts.
- Extensive communications experience on digital transformation projects.
- Certification in Change Management (PROSCI highly advantageous).
- Experience working across global platforms.
- Demonstrated success in collaborating with business leaders, and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders at a global scale.
- Ability to prioritise work across multiple streams, and effectively manage competing demands.
