Restaurant Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and well-presented professional for a full-time Restaurant Manager role.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, strategic planning, team leadership, and foster a positive work culture while ensuring an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Establish and Monitor Staff Performance Standards
  2. Evaluate food and beverage costs to ensure maximum efficiency.
  3. Manage Restaurant Revenues and Profit Margins
  4. Coordinate with front and back of house teams to maintain high standards.
  5. Collaborate with marketing on advertising, promotions, and events.
  6. Promote and Coordinate Catering Services
  7. Conduct staff performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
  8. Manage Budgets and Control Expenses
  9. Oversee supply arrangements for food, beverages, and other supplies.
  10. A knowledge of craft beer is beneficial.
  11. Apply Analytical, Problem-Solving, and Decision-Making Skills
  12. Demonstrate self-motivation, responsibility, and a drive to provide excellent service.
  13. Exhibit Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  14. Hold RSA & RCG qualifications.
  15. Be legally entitled to work in Australia.
