We are seeking a highly motivated, well-presented professional with excellent communication skills for a full-time Restaurant Manager role. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel in leadership, and have a passion for hospitality, this opportunity is for you

Role Overview

As Restaurant Manager, you will oversee daily operations, strategic planning, team leadership, and foster a positive work culture while ensuring an exceptional dining experience.

This role is ideal for someone eager to advance their hospitality career, focusing on customer service, employee training, performance management, sales growth, profitability, and implementing cost controls.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Establish and monitor staff performance standards and responsibilities.
  2. Estimate food and beverage costs.
  3. Manage restaurant revenues, profit margins, and pricing strategies.
  4. Coordinate with front and back of house teams to maintain high standards.
  5. Collaborate with Marketing on advertising, promotions, and events.
  6. Promote and coordinate catering services and private event bookings.
  7. Conduct staff performance evaluations.
  8. Manage budgets and control expenses.
  9. Oversee supply arrangements for food, beverages, and other supplies.
  10. Knowledge of craft beer is an advantage.
  11. Apply analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  12. Demonstrate self-motivation, responsibility, and a drive to provide excellent service.
  13. Exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  14. Hold RSA & RCG qualifications.
  15. Legal rights to work in Australia.
