You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the commercial kitchen sector, offering high-quality catering solutions using our products.
This role involves B2B selling in a wholesale capacity to retailers and food service end-users.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to achieve sales and gross profit targets for the region.
- Deliver customer training programs both internally and externally to ensure seamless integration of our products.
- Create and implement call plans to meet weekly, monthly, and annual objectives relating to target markets.
- Utilize our CRM system to manage customer interactions and activities involved in the sales process.
- Support initiatives to enhance our market position and drive sales growth.
- Qualified Chef with extensive industry experience and a strong network of contacts within the commercial kitchen sector.
- Able to build rapport with clients and achieve sales targets through excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Possess strong computer skills at an intermediate level, with experience in CRM systems advantageous.
- A people person who enjoys educating and training others.
- Occasional local and interstate travel required to establish and maintain a strong network and contact base.
