Key to our organisation's success lies in the critical support provided by our HR/Ea Support Consultant. This pivotal role plays a multifaceted part in shaping employee circumstances and operates as a valuable asset for our leaders.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- The consultant will work closely with leaders to provide guidance and counsel, ensuring they are well-informed and empowered to make strategic decisions.
- The consultant will be responsible for conducting research on the latest industry trends, competitor analysis, and external factors impacting Employee Agreement (EA) bargaining, presenting findings to key stakeholders.
- They will also support leaders in developing classification/pay structures, mapping current staff to inform costings, and providing general employee relations advice regarding proposed changes to EA terms.
**Project Coordination & Communication:**
- The consultant will schedule regular meetings with internal stakeholders and external consultants to ensure seamless project execution.
- They will create and maintain project timelines, outlining key process steps and dependencies, and manage the EA inbox for staff communications.
**Implementation:**
- The consultant will collaborate with Payroll department and other key stakeholders to develop an implementation plan and schedule of work.
- They will liaise with P&C Operations teams to draft relevant paperwork for employees regarding individual impacts following EA implementation.
**Requirements:**
- Degree qualified in HR, Business, or related field
- Demonstrated experience as EA specialist or exposure to EA and awards
- Ability to influence and engage stakeholders, and work with competing priorities
- Positive, proactive, and practical approach
