Job Description:

The Hiring Entity seeks a forward-thinking Customer Support Representative to spearhead exceptional customer experiences, focusing on process improvements and resolute support.

This role requires the ability to navigate intricate customer relationships, prioritize tasks with high accuracy and focus, drive productivity across multiple channels, streamline processes, ensure seamless communication within teams, and provide solutions-driven support to customers.

This position will be the main contact for distributors, supporting them with order management, pricing advice, delivery queries, and phone calls to foster trust and resolve any issues promptly. Exceptional relationship-building skills, meticulous attention to detail, and team partnership capabilities are pivotal in securing success and contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee an efficiently managed caseload while maintaining accurate records and updating client files for optimal customer satisfaction.
  • Nurture positive working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders from various departments.
  • Take ownership of completed tasks, ensuring timeliness and quality, and seek help when needed.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in Customer Service roles within Manufacturing, Retail, Trade, Hospitality, or FMCG industries.
  • Background in handling customer complaints, problem-solving, and navigating complex production processes for effective resolutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (SAP and Salesforce advantageous).
