Job Title: Client Service Officer

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as a Client Service Officer. This role involves providing exceptional client service and ensuring the timely completion of advice implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the implementation of advice for clients, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
  • Complete paperwork to implement recommendations detailed in Statements of Advice (SoAs).
  • Manage and monitor the implementation and account establishment process for clients.
  • Lodge paperwork and applications forms to ensure that recommendations are implemented appropriately and in a timely manner.
  • Set up online portal access for clients via Xplan Touch.
General Responsibilities:
  • Undertake other administrative tasks to support advisers and the business.
  • Holding a thorough understanding of policies and procedures.
  • Performing general office administration.
Key Performance Indicators:
  • Ensuring timely communication with Operations Managers on progress of workflow.
  • Adhering to agreed behaviour frameworks.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely implementation of advice.

The ideal candidate will become proficient in the functionality of Xplan and investment platforms and products used by us. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential.

This role involves working closely with the advisory team to deliver exceptional client service and ensure the timely completion of advice implementation.
