About The Role:
Public Sector People is a recruitment partner for State Government Departments. We are currently recruiting AO3 Administration Officers throughout Brisbane, working with various departments.
The successful candidate will provide high-level administration support to the team and senior managers, building relationships with internal and external stakeholders and customers. Key duties include data entry, audit, and compliance support, as well as undertaking other tasks within the limits of the employee's skills and training.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in administration, business support, or executive support
- Previous Government experience
- Strong verbal communication skills, particularly with internal and external customers
- Maintain high-level attention to detail to ensure accurate work
- Ability to consistently meet deadlines
