The role of a Senior Operations Manager plays a vital part in the day-to-day management of multiple facilities. This position is responsible for overseeing and coordinating administrative support services across various locations.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards achieving common goals. They will also have strong communication skills, enabling them to effectively collaborate with colleagues at all levels.
A key aspect of this role is the provision of strategic support to senior management. The Senior Operations Manager will be responsible for analyzing business needs and developing plans to meet these requirements.

To be considered for this position, applicants must possess a Certificate IV equivalent qualification in office or business management. A Mental Health First Aid Certificate would also be highly desirable.
