About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Rehabilitation Specialist.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in occupational rehabilitation and a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' functional abilities and develop personalized rehabilitation plans.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive support and services to clients.
  • Design and implement effective intervention programs to enhance clients' independence and work capacity.
  • Identify and address barriers to successful outcomes, developing strategies to overcome these challenges.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, their families, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Required Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, or Physiotherapy.
  • Registration with relevant professional bodies, such as AHPRA or ESSA.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • A genuine passion for making a positive impact on people's lives and a commitment to delivering high-quality services.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meeting the needs of diverse clients and stakeholders.
