Medical Advisor Role

We are seeking a Medical Advisor to join our team, providing expert medical guidance on complex clinical and population health issues. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing high-level medical advice and support to executive directors and other senior leaders.
  • Developing and implementing policies and programs related to public health and alcohol and other drug harm minimization.
  • Collaborating with clinicians, clinical networks, and laboratory teams to advance clinical policy and guideline development.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Qualifications and Experience
  • Current registration in Australia as a medical practitioner.
  • Qualifications or experience in emergency medicine, medical retrieval, or critical care.
  • High level capacity to set and manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality products within agreed timeframes.
  • Medical leadership skills and experience in providing high-level policy advice and recommendations.
