  • Providing trusted, influential advice to Councillors and senior leadership.

  • Empowering a high-performing team to deliver with clarity and process discipline.
  • Fostering collaboration across the organisation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Significant experience in urban or strategic planning.

A strong understanding of planning reforms and land use challenges.

Confidence engaging with councillors, government agencies, developers and community stakeholders.

Ability to combine a strategic mindset with clear and direct communication.
