Urban Planning Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned urban planning professional to join our team as an Associate Director.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Greenfield statutory and/or strategic urban planning, with a deep understanding of land use, subdivision, due diligence assessments, masterplans, PSPs, and approval processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing expert services in land use development capability, due diligence assessments, masterplans, PSPs, and approval processes.
  • Applying advanced urban planning principles and methods to achieve business objectives.
  • Leading and managing new and existing client relationships to drive business growth and development.
  • Coaching, mentoring, and supporting staff growth and development through leadership skills.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications in Regional and Urban/Town Planning or a related field.
  • Proven ability to manage and develop team members.
  • Track record of managing projects and achieving revenue targets.
