Technical Design Expertise

We are seeking a skilled Technical Design Expert with expertise in mechanical and piping design to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in delivering high-quality technical deliverables, working closely with stakeholders to ensure timely, cost-effective, and fit-for-purpose engineering and design output that meets company requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver technically acceptable design services for approved work, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with engineering specialists to ensure the technical integrity of designs, meeting specifications and client expectations.
  • Prepare, check, and file design documents, deliverables, and other design information, maintaining accurate records and adhering to industry best practices.
  • Contribute to the development, implementation, and improvement of systems across the division, driving efficiency and innovation.
  • Support customer relations to achieve mutually satisfactory outcomes, leveraging technical expertise to drive successful program delivery.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a senior design role within engineering contracting or consultancy organizations, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects.
  • Expertise in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) processes, including 3D modeling, pipe isometrics, piping layouts, and specifications.
  • Proficiency in software such as Auto Cad, Microstation, Smart 3D, SMAT, Navisworks, and Microsoft Office, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
