Job Title: Digital Account Director

Achieving Excellence in Client Engagement

The role of the Digital Account Director involves a significant impact on the client's experience. The individual will be responsible for bridging the communication and operational gaps between technology partners, clients, and internal stakeholders.

This position requires a strategic thinker with a knack for solution-finding and a passion for enhancing customer experiences. As the Client Services Director, you will ensure all client and agency queries are addressed promptly and effectively.

Your key responsibilities include collaborating closely with technology partners to improve and streamline processes, ensuring campaign delivery is on track but also exceeds client expectations. You will also be accountable for providing client video recommendations and monitoring delivery and assessment of key performance indicators to assess campaign and product performance.

  • Agency and Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for agency and client inquiries related to PMX Lift, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues and questions.
  • Performance Monitoring: Proactively monitor campaign dashboards and KPIs to assess product performance and feed back to technology partner.
  • Business Development Support: Assist the Head of Video in identifying potential new business opportunities and targeting existing clients who have not opted in.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with technology partners to continuously streamline and enhance campaign delivery workflows and processes for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Product Development: Collect and evaluate feedback from users and stakeholders to identify opportunities for product improvement and iteration, enhancing the overall user experience.

To succeed in this role, you will require preferred experience across advertising agency/tech background, high attention to detail, ability to multi-task, critical and strategic thinking, self-motivation, and proactive attitude. Additionally, experience in digital planning, video knowledge, sound knowledge of ad-tech, highly analytical, aptitude to articulate figures into a storyline, liaison with clients and internal stakeholders, quality driven, commercial acumen advantageous.
