Job Description

You will support the Venue Manager in successfully operating a multimillion dollar business by implementing venue operations on a day-to-day basis, leading the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Previous experience in a similar hospitality management role is required, ideally working across food, bars, and gaming.
  • A strong planning and organisational skillset is needed to lead, develop, and manage a large multi-skilled team.
  • Operational experience is necessary to effectively assist the Venue Manager in achieving financial and business targets.
  • A highly developed understanding and ability to deliver on guest expectations and experiences in line with the venues' visions and goals is essential.
  • Must hold current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications.
