Job Overview

The Customer Service Team Leader role is responsible for leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve key performance indicators.

  • Foster strong relationships with key customer accounts through excellent communication and support.

A successful candidate will have experience in leading customer service teams, excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and previous experience using CRM systems.
