About the Role

We seek a Customer Experience Lead to join our Centre Management team, focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading teams to provide outstanding service.

As a Customer Experience Lead, you will be proactive, hands-on, and dedicated to ensuring teams continuously improve customer experiences.

  • To create moments that matter for our customers through excellent customer service and experience delivery.
  • To lead teams to consistently meet or exceed customer expectations and to continuously identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
  • To develop and implement strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
