About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our close-knit team as a Truck Driver - Store person on a casual basis. Flexibility is valued at Elders, and candidates seeking a part-time role are encouraged to apply.

As a Truck Driver - Store person, you will provide logistics support to the Branch rural products team, including receiving and dispatching stock in a safe manner. You will be supported by the Elders network and provided with the tools necessary to grow in your career.

Responsibilities
  • Provide a complete delivery service for getting rural products to clients.
  • Perform the storage, handling, receiving, and dispatching of stock in a safe manner.
  • Assist with stock take and other rural products logistics support activities as needed.
  • Perform rural products sales (in store) as well as general shed and yard duties.
About You

To succeed at Elders, you will have:

  • Basic knowledge of general merchandise products and safe storage & handling practices.
  • Customer Service skills (desirable).
  • A driver's license and truck license.
  • A Forklift Licence, or the willingness to become licensed after undertaking training offered by Elders.
