About the Opportunity

This full-time, permanent position would suit a results-driven and innovative leader who values people development and growth. As a Branch Manager, you will be entrusted to manage all aspects of branch operations and lead your team to achieve business growth and exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Empower your team to maximise their potential and achieve sales growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to provide tailored solutions and recommendations
  • Cultivate new sales opportunities to strengthen Elders Rural's presence in the market
  • Drive the marketing and promotion of all Elders Rural products and services
  • Prioritise the safety of your staff and clients, and contribute to Elders Rural's zero-harm culture
  • Coach and mentor staff in identifying and developing new sales opportunities

About You

  • Have a proven track record in sales management with a strong understanding of agricultural services
  • Be comfortable and thrive in a collaborative and agile working environment
  • Be resourceful, forward-thinking, and passionate about making a real impact for clients and the community
  • Understand the importance of people development and growth
  • Have a high level of customer service skills and ability to cultivate relationships with clients
  • Sound financial knowledge and strong business acumen are essential
