About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our project management group, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and delivering construction projects from concept to completion.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our project managers, ensuring that all aspects of project coordination are executed with precision and accuracy. This includes but is not limited to:

  1. Preparing and maintaining comprehensive project files and documentation
  2. Collaborating with project teams to develop project schedules and resource allocation plans
  3. Coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
  4. Developing and implementing effective project risk management strategies
  5. Providing excellent customer service and communication skills to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A minimum of 8 years' experience in a similar construction project coordination role
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, cost planning, and feasibility analysis
  • Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team
