Key Responsibilities:- Drive alignment between Human Resources activities and business goals and strategies
- Counsel and support leaders through change, growth, and transformation initiatives
- Contribute to the design and execution of strategic plans for Human Resources
- Lead the implementation of key processes including performance management, employee engagement, and talent development
- Investigate workplace issues, manage outcomes, and oversee disciplinary procedures
- Promote positive employee relations and interact with unions in compliance with local labour legislation
- Apply knowledge of employment law and industrial relations to guide managers through complex issues
- Develop leadership and talent programs, succession planning, and workforce capability
- Support recruitment activities and ensure alignment with employer branding and diversity objectives
- Manage HR Information Systems and recruitment trackers
- Partner with leaders to implement change management and organisational development initiatives
