Job Description

This role involves providing a focused service to support and develop people within an allocated client group, aligning with the strategic objectives of the Queensland Government.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering contemporary human resources services in areas including complex case management, HR advisory and consultancy, and workforce information and analysis.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a well-developed understanding of business partnership approaches, including coaching, advising, and facilitating skills. You should also possess high-level interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, with a focus on stakeholder engagement.

You will be required to sensitively and confidentially manage people issues, applying analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills to achieve organisational goals. A strong ability to exercise sound judgement and make informed decisions is essential.
