HR Generalist Role:

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to join our team. As a key member of the Human Resources department, you will be responsible for supporting the execution of HR strategies across the organization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Business Partnership: Collaborate with leaders and team members to foster positive work relationships, enhance morale, and boost productivity.
  • Training and Development: Develop and deliver learning & development strategies and programs to drive employee growth.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent education preferred.

  • Solid knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, industry standards, and HR best practices.
  • Problem-solving skills, consultative approach, and generalist-based business acumen.
  • Able to work under pressure, take initiative, and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
