Job Title: Human Resource Specialist

We are seeking a talented and experienced professional to join our team as a Human Resource Specialist.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about human resources and ready to make a significant impact on our organisation.

  • Attract and onboard top talent to enhance the organisation's capabilities.
  • Coordinate the entire onboarding and induction process for new employees.
  • Ensure seamless administrative processes to support HR initiatives and drive business success.
  • Support payroll functions as required.
  • Maintain compliance with employment legislation through robust data entry, filing, and reporting.
  • Provide expert advice and administrative support to department managers and various stakeholders across Australia, Singapore, and New Zealand.
  • Assist managers in conducting performance conversations and documenting personnel meetings.
  • Conduct exit interviews with departing employees to gain valuable insights.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • Knowledge of Australian employment laws and Awards.
  • Understanding of the Fair Work Act, National Employment Standards, Modern Awards, and Industrial Relations landscape.
  • Highly developed communication skills to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship building skills.
