Job Description:

As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing care and support to individuals with varying needs and abilities.

You will work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement personalized plans that promote independence, confidence, and overall well-being.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing direct support to individuals with disabilities
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care and mobility
  • Encouraging participation in activities and hobbies
  • Monitoring and reporting progress to management
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Cert III in Mental Health/Disability/Community Services or similar
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • Working with Children Check
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
  • Valid Full drivers' licence and reliable transport
  • Proof of up-to-date Covid-19 Vaccination
