About this Role

We are seeking a skilled Support Worker to undertake routine processes and procedures to assist individuals with disabilities in all aspects of life. This includes personal care, domestic and daily living support, budgeting, shopping, cooking, and community participation.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

  • Assist individuals with daily living activities such as personal care, grooming, and dressing.
  • Support individuals with domestic tasks such as meal preparation and cleaning.
  • Assist individuals with budgeting and financial management.
  • Encourage and support individuals to participate in community activities.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve individualized goals and outcomes.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Certificate III in Disability or equivalent experience.
  • A current NSW Drivers' License.
  • A current Working with Children Check.
  • A current NDIS worker check.
