Transform Lives through Road Safety

As a driving assessor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring learner drivers are safe and competent to drive independently. This work has a profound impact on our communities.

About the Role

You will use your exceptional interpersonal skills to put nervous test candidates at ease while conducting driving tests. You will assess whether they meet the expected standards and provide constructive feedback sensitively and clearly after the test has concluded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting driving assessments in candidate's vehicles
  • Recording performance during tests using a tablet
  • Providing constructive feedback to candidates
  • Working 37 hours a week over seven days, completing seven driving tests each day
  • One weekend day of choice per month, with a weekday off each time scheduled

Who We Are Looking For
