Support Worker Opportunities

We have various support worker roles available in a dynamic team environment. As a support worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering Support: Provide personalized support to clients in group home settings or occasionally across lifestyle/day programs.
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with daily activities such as meal times, personal care, administering medication, and manual handling using specialized equipment.
  • Community Involvement: Support clients in engaging and participating in their community.
  • Skill Development: Encourage clients to make their own choices and build skills for greater independence.
  • Wellness Monitoring: Monitor the well-being of clients and report on progress.
Requirements:
  • Availability: Available for a minimum of 3 days a week (20-25 hours) although there are opportunities for more hours if desired.
  • Licence: Hold a current NSW Driver's License (P2 minimum).
  • Experience: Possess experience in a support worker role, preferably in disability, nursing, assistant in nursing, or aged care.
