Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join our team at our South Wharf location. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, driving sales growth, and contributing to a positive showroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every interaction is memorable and builds brand loyalty.
  • Utilize your product knowledge and selling skills to achieve daily and weekly sales targets, driving revenue growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with the Showroom Manager to maintain showroom standards, including visual merchandising and pricing accuracy.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize sales opportunities and drive add-on sales.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to improve sales processes and enhance customer experiences.

Benefits:

  • $55,000 - $65,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus commission and bonuses.

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience, preferably in a retail or furniture industry setting.
