Senior Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Project Manager to oversee project delivery from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage, train and develop team members to achieve project goals.
  • Conduct site quality checks to ensure the delivery of high-quality work to clients.
  • Support professional development initiatives and maintain open communication with team members.
  • Manage team budgets and provide guidance on project outcomes.
  • Develop new client relationships and ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A plumbing qualification with commercial/industrial experience.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar position in plumbing, construction or a related industry.
  • Knowledge of relevant codes, regulations, policies and procedures.
  • Capacity to develop relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong management skills with the ability to mentor and develop staff.
  • A strong commitment to safety, quality and client satisfaction.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office suites.
